Difference Between Kettlebells And Dumbbells
Aside from the obvious physical difference, lies the center of gravity. For dumbbells, it’s in the handle, in between the weights and always remains there no matter its position or how the dumbbell is held. For kettlebells, it’s below the handle and can change depending on your motion and position. Using kettlebells is a bit more technical then dumbbells so it requires more muscle groups.
